This food is very good. Kind of has the home cooked feel to it too. Only thing is the pickles could use a little work especially with the scotch bonnet pepper, I feel like they should be cut into smaller pieces. The griot was amazing, tender, flavorful, and perfectly marinated with that classic tangy, garlicky taste. The fried plantains were crispy, and the Diondion added a rich, earthy depth that made the meal unforgettable. A delicious, authentic taste of Haiti I’d happily enjoy again!
